We handle the responsibilities and relevant compliance of being the Employer of Record in India/Asia Pacific. Our onboarding process includes, but is not limited to, providing your chosen candidates with the appropriate tools, technology and office space. Your responsibility is limited to the day-to-day management of employees.
We bill you monthly for the employees you have selected, based on the number of hours they have worked and an agreed upon hourly rate.
