We conduct pre-screening and assessments to create a pool of qualified candidates with the required skill sets, prior to presenting them for an interview with your team.

We handle the responsibilities and relevant compliance of being the Employer of Record in India/Asia Pacific. Our onboarding process includes, but is not limited to, providing your chosen candidates with the appropriate tools, technology and office space. Your responsibility is limited to the day-to-day management of employees.

We bill you monthly for the employees you have selected, based on the number of hours they have worked and an agreed upon hourly rate.
